اتفاقية تعاون مصرفي إقليمي
برعاية وحضور السيد علي محسن العلاق، محافظ البنك المركزي العراقي، وقع البنك اتفاقية تعاون مع البنك الوطني الكويتي – فرع البحرين، في مقر البنك المركزي في بغداد.
حضر حفل التوقيع السيد علي فردان، الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك الوطني الكويتي – البحرين، برفقة نائب رئيس الخزينة السيد محمد مؤمن وأعضاء آخرين من الوفد.
وقع الاتفاقية عن جانب البنك المركزي العراقي الدكتور محمد يونس أبو رغيف، المدير العام لدائرة الاستثمارات.
كلمة المحافظ العلاق:
رحب المحافظ العلاق بالوفد الزائر، مسلطاً الضوء على العلاقات العميقة والطويلة الأمد بين شعوب العراق والكويت والبحرين.
وأعرب عن تقديره لجهودهم والتزامهم بتعزيز التعاون المالي الإقليمي.

- التحويلات المالية
- المدفوعات الإلكترونية
- التدريب على أفضل الممارسات المصرفية الحديثة
- تبادل البيانات الإحصائية
تصريحات السيد فردان:
أكد السيد فردان عزم بنكه تعزيز التعاون مع البنك المركزي العراقي في المجالات المصرفية المختلفة.
كما وجه دعوة إلى المحافظ لزيارة مقر البنك الوطني الكويتي في البحرين.
Regional Banking Cooperation Agreement
Under the patronage and presence of Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Allaq, Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), the bank signed a cooperation agreement with the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Bahrain Branch, at the CBI headquarters in Baghdad.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ali Ferdan, Chief Executive Officer of NBK-Bahrain, accompanied by Deputy Head of Treasury Mr. Mohammed Mumin and other delegation members.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the CBI by Dr. Mohammed Younis Abu Raghif, Director General of Investments.
Governor Al-Allaq’s Remarks:
Governor Al-Allaq welcomed the visiting delegation, highlighting the deep and longstanding ties between the peoples of Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
He expressed his appreciation for their efforts and commitment to fostering regional financial cooperation.

- Financial transfers
- Electronic payments
- Training on modern banking best practices
- Statistical data exchange
Mr. Ferdan’s Statements:
Mr. Ferdan affirmed his bank’s intention to strengthen collaboration with the Central Bank of Iraq in various banking areas.
He also extended an invitation to the Governor to visit the NBK headquarters in Bahrain.
