
A number of new electronic forms have been added to the “Ur” government services portal, covering several of its internal departments.
According to the Iraqi Cabinet, the new forms cover the following services:
- Survey on services provided by the Iraqi consulate (Department of Ceremonies)
- Assessment form for Iraq’s competitiveness report on global indicators (Office of the Deputy Secretary-General)
- Request to correct a decision, obtain copies of documents or decisions, and file grievances related to political dismissal files (Department of Political Dismissees’ Affairs)
- Transfer of political dismissal files and requests for exemptions from chronological sequencing (Department of Political Dismissees’ Affairs)
Electronic payment has also been integrated into some of the services. The Cabinet office said the initiative supports the government’s e-government project and the broader shift towards digital administrative systems.
