Now Available in Arabic: Professor Frank Gunter’s Report “Is Iraq Business Ready?”
The Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC) is pleased to announce the release of the Arabic version of Professor Frank Gunter’s report, which was presented at the IBBC Baghdad Conference on 17 February 2025.
Titled “Is Iraq Business Ready?”, the report provides a comprehensive analysis of the challenges facing Iraq’s economy, emphasising the urgent need to expand the private sector, reduce dependence on oil, and address regulatory barriers that hinder investment and business growth.
This Arabic edition reflects IBBC’s commitment to making critical economic insights accessible to a wider audience, ensuring that policymakers and business leaders can benefit from Professor Gunter’s analysis and recommendations.

يسر مجلس الأعمال العراقي البريطاني (IBBC) أن يعلن عن إصدار النسخة العربية من تقرير البروفيسور فرانك غونتر، الذي تم تقديمه في مؤتمر IBBC بغداد في 17 فبراير 2025.
يقدم التقرير بعنوان “هل العراق مستعد للأعمال؟” تحليلاً شاملاً للتحديات التي تواجه اقتصاد العراق، مع التأكيد على الحاجة الملحة لتوسيع القطاع الخاص، والحد من الاعتماد على النفط، ومعالجة الحواجز التنظيمية التي تعيق الاستثمار ونمو الأعمال.
