Ahla Al-Jinan Company has won a series of contracts with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) for the “Construction of Category IV shelters (House Units) in Sinjar District, Ninewa Governorate.” Reference: ITB/2026/61221.
The company was awarded four of the six lots:
Lot 1: 28 housing units- Adnaniyah Sub-District. Contract value: $956,225;
Lot 4: 27 housing units- Al-Jazeera Sub-District. Contract value: $930,560;
Lot 5: 32 housing units- Al-Jazeera Sub-District. Contract value: $1,102,886;
Lot 6: 30 housing units- Al-Jazeera Sub-District. Contract value: $1,033,956.
This gives a total contract value for Ahla Al-Jinan of $4,023,627.
The remaining two lots were awaded to Chwarbarda Company for General Contracting:
Lot 2: 37 housing units- Adnaniyah Sub-District. Contract value: $1,172,745;
Lot 3: 25 housing units- Adnaniyah Sub-District. Contract value: $792,395.
… giving Chwarbarda a total contract value of $1,965,140.
