Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani met on Sunday with Diwaniyah Governor Abbas Shaeel Al-Zamili and Provincial Council Head Mohammed Shukheir Farhoud to discuss the administrative and service conditions in the province.
The Prime Minister directed the allocation of necessary funds to support the completion of rehabilitation works in 42 neighborhoods across the province.
Two critical infrastructure projects were prioritized for referral to specialized companies:
- Construction of 21 lift stations to improve wastewater management.
- Completion of the second phase of the Grand Diwaniyah Sewerage Project, a vital initiative for the province’s sanitation infrastructure.

وتم تحديد أولويات مشروعين مهمين للبنية التحتية لإحالتهما إلى شركات متخصصة:
إنشاء 21 محطة رفع لتحسين إدارة مياه الصرف الصحي.
إكمال المرحلة الثانية من مشروع مجاري الديوانية الكبرى، وهي مبادرة حيوية للبنية التحتية للصرف الصحي في المحافظة.
