According to Iran’s Tasnim news agency, an oil tanker named Agios Fanourios I crossed the Strait of Hormuz on Sunday, following a route designated by Iranian authorities and after coordinating with Tehran.

The Malta-flagged vessel, which is carrying Iraqi crude oil, is now in the Gulf of Oman and heading for the port of Nghi Son in Vietnam, where it is expected to unload its cargo at the Nghi Son refinery and petrochemical complex on 26 May.

Separately, shipping data indicated that a second tanker, the Kiara M, also departed the Gulf on Sunday carrying approximately two million barrels of Iraqi crude oil.
